The Virtual Online DJ Refer a Friend Program is a referral program intended to reward anyone who refers a friend or family member that becomes a customer of Virtual Online DJ.
Each time you refer a friend or family member that becomes a customer, you will receive a $50 Mastercard Gift Card.

How to claim
Referring a friend or family member is easy: simply ask your referee to quote your name and phone number to our team when they sign up to our service.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
(a) The Virtual Online DJ Refer a Friend Program is a referral program intended to reward anyone who refers a friend or family member that becomes a customer of Virtual Online DJ.
(b) By participating in the Virtual Online DJ Refer a Friend Program (the “customer”), you (the “Referrer”) are accepting these terms and conditions (the “Terms”) and agreeing to Virtual Online DJ contacting you about the Promotion.
2. Promotion Period
(a) The Promotion runs from 01/10/2022 until 01/12/2022 (the “Promotion Period”).
(b) Virtual Online DJ reserves the right to end the Promotion Period early.
3. Referral Rewards
(a) A “Referral Reward” consists of a $50 Mastercard Gift Card for each friend or family member (the “Referee”) referred to Virtual Online DJ.
(b) Referral Rewards are non-transferable and non-negotiable.
4. Eligibility
(a) The customer must engage our DJ service for a minimum of 2 hours.
(b) The customer is required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $110 (incl of GST) upon booking date.
(c) The customer is required to pay the full owing amount within 2 business days prior of the Virtual DJ event.
5. Payment
You will receive the Referral Reward by post or phone to your nominated mailing address or phone number within 7 days of the eligibility criteria in clause 4 being satisfied (i.e. within 7 days after the full amount from the customer is received).
7. Other Important Information
(a) Virtual Online DJ may:
(i) stop you from participating in the Promotion or claiming a Referral Reward,
(ii) revoke any Referral Rewards, or
(iii) block you from participating in future promotional activities in each case, if it considers, in its reasonable opinion, that you are acting contrary to these Terms, the spirit of these Terms or that you are unfairly taking advantage of or are abusing the Promotion in any way. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the Promotion or from your enjoyment of a Referral Reward.
(i) stop you from participating in the Promotion or claiming a Referral Reward,
(ii) revoke any Referral Rewards, or
(iii) block you from participating in future promotional activities in each case, if it considers, in its reasonable opinion, that you are acting contrary to these Terms, the spirit of these Terms or that you are unfairly taking advantage of or are abusing the Promotion in any way. (b) This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion unless expressly indicated.
